About Course

This qualification is designed for individuals working in or progressing into middle management roles with responsibility for operational planning, managing teams and projects, delivering change, and handling financial and resource management. It supports learners completing the Operations or Departmental Manager Apprenticeship Standard and can also be taken as a stand-alone, nationally recognised qualification. The programme enables learners to develop and demonstrate both the knowledge and practical skills required to lead effectively in dynamic business environments.
